Reinvent-tage Retreat Day 28

Today's Intention...give thanks for the life that flows through my relationships...

I exist in a web of relationships - links to nature, people, God. I trace out these links, giving thanks for the life that flows through them...Like spider pearls below, this web of relationships grows larger every day...through my travels, my students and my blog...many people touch my heart every day and, in some small way, I hope I touch theirs...

Spider pearls...what I call raindrops on a spider's web...from eglobe1.com here...

Spider web watercolor by Cyrille Jubert visit The Dog Museum for more about this and other of his pet paintings...especially the Jack Russell portraits. This is amazing after my attempts at watercolor this week...

Some strands of this web are twisted or broken: I feel regret, anger and disappointment...some I created and some I did not...regardless, I still feel a tug at my heart...I pray for the gift of acceptance and forgiveness...

See post here for your invitation to join the Reinvent-tage Retreat...and to see how the process works...

How can your month of reinvent-tage be almost over. You surely skipped some days. Was hoping you would have received "The Journey" by yesterday. Surely Monday. I'm anxious.
Love your new Logo and flyer.

The photos are lovely, as is the metaphor. We all have some strands that are twisted or broken, alas. Yes, we pray for acceptance and forgiveness. xo

I agree about that metaphor, Rebecca, Plus I think your new logo and brochure are perfect.

You have been quite the busy bee.

Can't wait to see more.

Have you noticed that if something breaks a spiders web, it simply builds another and continues on creating..
It must be wonderful to live that peacefully..
Beautiful presentation :)

What a beautiful post Rebecca! Yes, we're all connected. I was thinking just yesterday how grateful I am for the web of connection that has woven itself around me. It is most precious to me. And I agree, over time, some fine branches and threads get damaged or broken... but the web has a way of mending itself, of making itself strong again... if only by reinforcing other/new threads to support the weakened ones. And we never know how a small action and the healing power of a kind thought affects "pearls" connected further down the web. It is most sensitive to and receptive of the ripple effect :-)

Rebecca,
The spider pearls are great. I think you should create a line of 'pearls' which are clear like that and call them spider pearls. That would be fabulous!!

Love,
Julie

What wonderful spider webs!
I have mixed feeling about them when I see them, love the beauty, but my hubby was bit by a brown reluse spider and that is very scary!

Self-promotion and being artist seem rather at odds don't they? I understand why many famous artist didn't sell much within their own lifetimes.

I should get him to paint my Sylvia! Jacks are the best :D
To answer your question...
you just copy and paste the actual post link.
Once you have posted, click on the title to your post. That will take you straight to the post only.
Then in the address bar, just copy it and paste it into the comments of the Ghoul's blog.
Does that make sense?
I'll type something out in my post to try to explain it. If all else fails, I can get Lisa to link it for you!
